Steamed sea bass!

I'm loving the selction of sea food from Dean and Deluca.. To my luck they had some fresh sea bass, just got in yesterday from France. So the kind staff at the fish counter turned my 3 sea bass in to 6 filets.
I gentely steamed them with a few carrots, ginger and peppers, and with in 5 minutes they were ready. I drizzeled them with a bit of lemon and homemade garlic infused olive oil.. and we were good to go!
It's always great to have sea bass in Kuwait!
