Brandet beef from Dean and Deluca

Yesterday evening my dad gave me this beautiful cut and asked me to roast it for him..But I was thinking BBQ.. and that's exactly what I did.. It took us 2 hours of very low fire to cook it thru.. and after we finfished, it need to rest for about 30 minutes before we could cut it. The parents loved it.. But I'm still on my health kick.. so I stuck to my sea bass!
*Brandet beef is one of the juiciest meats with loads of marbeling in it! Almost as good as the Wagu! Pick up a peice next time your in the Avenues!
