The best mix to a salad!

I learned this trick while I was in Thailand.. and it's great: Roast some brown rice with kaffir lime leaves and galanga root ( or ginger if not found) wait for it to cool, and then add it to the spice grinder and turn it in to a powder.
It's a great mixture full of roasted flavor that can be added to any salad dressing!
