A friend of Munch was kind enough to send us these pictures from Japan. Apparently all the best tuna is from there.. which would make sence since they consume so much Sushi.
Take a look at how fresh it is and the colour..pink..beautiful. You can actually see the marbeling of the fat. This must be the belly!
To get tuna so fresh, you have to be up at 5 am and at the fish market and ready to bid for your fish! Look at the size of them!
A experiance not to be missed.. if your ever in Japan and a tuna lover, make sure to swing by the fish market and get yourself a nice big fatty fish!
