Guessing game!

Now I am posting the answer, since no one knew what it was.
It's called Callu de Cabrettu, and if you look at the shape of it, it looks like a goat's breast. Before the goat is killed, her breast is removed full of milk, and allowed to mature in the breast!!
So would you try it?

Who can tell me what this is? If you answer correctly, we will give you a 10% gift voucher from Munch..

Good Luck!

It's not a goat breast. It's one of the stomachs of the kid. Allow the kid to gorge on milk and nothing else, then slaughter the kid, remove the Omasum (which is now full of milk), tie off the ends and hang it up in a breezy place for about a month. Stomach, not breast. Very tasty, very spicy, with a slight anesthetic effect.
