Watermelon, green tomato and avacado salad!



This dish is supposed to be a salad served in plates.. but it tasted so good that I had to turn it in to a canape! The extra crunch of the fillo really works well with the taste, and even though the rosemery is used for garnishing , it adds a great herby taste to this burst full of flavors dish!
