For those of you who love your air dried beefs and meat.. I have a nice surprise for you.. I was shopping at Dean and Deluca over the weekend and I found some great Air Dried Wagu meat.. Ask them to thinly slice it for you and package them..
Also they had some good quality Bresaola (not frozen). Ooooh my mind already knows what I want to do with it... Flatten the Bresaola add some arugula leaves, a slice of quince jam, and some manchego cheese.. Yum!
This ended up being dinner for the night.. a great selection of cheeses and dried meats.
By the way keep in mind: Always check Carefour also for great cheeses, I found the Tet de Moine for 5.00KD cheaper by the kilo in Carefour than it was in Dean and Deluca..
