The beautiful underwater world of Sharm

Just thought it would be fun to add some off the amazing pictures of the underwater world in Sharm!

To help stay cool, we just discoverd this amazing salad that was tucked away in the vegetarian menu.. Green apple and fennel salad.. soooooo fresh and light.. perfect for this heat!

Another very tasty and hearty salad was this chickpea, haloom, and olives with a balsamic dressing. Excellent!

Once I am back in Kuwait I will be posting some light recipes to help us stay cool when they cut off the electricity in our homes!!
