Today we head in to another hidden chef's kitchen.. Tahir Sultan, a Chef influenced by his travels and culture. After working back and forth between Kuwait and India, and being a half Kuwaiti and half Indian, Tahir's food combines both the Kuwaiti and Indian pallet in one dish!
You probably thinking how? Well, he uses all Kuwaiti ingredients and sea food, but with the Asian and Indian spices..
Above: The Balool fish being stuffed with spring onions, ginger, and sesame oil.
Chef's tip from Tahir: The secret of a good curry is to allow the spices to cook for an hour on low heat before adding the liquid!
Chinese flavored fish getting ready to be steamed..
The beautiful set up
Because we had a few people over whom are allergic to Gluten, we made two kinds of Spinach Feta, one with Lebanese bread, and one with Gluten free bread!
The last dish to your right is fried Okra (Bamya) with Mango powder.. Oh my god! They were sooo good, just like eating chips!
The prawn Curry with the heads of the prawn floating... yuuuuum! Have you ever tried sucking the curry out of the head of a prawn? it's the best part! (Just make sure you don't do it while your on a date)
The steamed fish.. all beautiful and colourful..(By the way, I did not have a chance to try it.. it was gone before I got a plate) Tahir you owe me another Fish!!!!!
The Gluten free Lasagna: Cheddar, Montgomery Jack, Manchego and Feta cheese where all used to make this delicious Lasagna.

You know, eliminating the Gluten from your diet will really help with the bloating and overall digestion..and surprisingly it does not taste bad.. It's just a more pricey way of eating, but feel better in the long run..
Who knows.. I might be convinced to give up wheat!!
Thank you Tahir:)
