Now that I am back from Egypt, I can start posting more about Munch:)
This week while I was away, Munch proudly had the largest catering event in it's history..3000 people at the AUK graduation.. It was a big job..but the great staff at Munch were able to take care of it all.
One of the many items prepared was: Creamy Artichoke and Mascerpone puff pastries all ready to be stuffed and baked in the oven..they may look like a lot..and yes they were.. we had to bake 480 of these delicious fluffy little guys for them..
