We were asked this weekend to come up with a few Asian themed dishes.. The catering was a bit of a challange, as I am not much of a fan in Asian food, but the Munch team manged well..
What did we make? Oooh we created a fun menu: Top picture, Shrimp Salad rolls with a spicy dressing!
Pecking duck offcourse.. made using beetroot and spinach to die the pancake batter!
Everyones favorite: Mandering duck rice paper roll!
