How Good are Bananas for you?

Whenever I'm about to eat a Banana, I always choose the ones with the least amount of brown spots on it, becasue I assumed that it was going off. But guess what: That's wrong!
This is what I just read:

"According to Japanese professor, yellow skin bananas with dark spots on it are 8 time more effective in enhancing the property of white blood cells then the green skin version.
Recomended: Eat 1-2 Bananas a day to increase your body immunity to diseases like the cold, flu, and others."

So next time your shopping, make sure to pick up the darker ones:)
