Stuffed cucumber soup 101 calories

Such a beautiful and light soup.. Very simple, all you need is some shitake mushrooms, minced chicken breast, cucumbers, garlic clove, glass noodles and coriander root!


Peel the cucumber and remove the seeds by making a hole... mix the minced chicken and, glass noodles, with garlic, and coriander root and make them in to little balls and stuff the cucumber.


Boil in vegetable stock for about 10 minutes! Add shitake mushrooms after 5 minutes of boiling!


Add some black pepper, soy sauce and your ready to go!Posted by Picasa
