Yesterday we had a chef interview at Munch who said his streanth was pasta! So I'm thinking, we serve pasta, why not have someone start making fresh pasta?
Anyway so it turns out that it's soooooo simple to make, and you can put in the filling and freeze them for up to 3 months!
So I have my thinking cap on now! Oooh, sweet potato and sage, or butter nut squash and truffle oil, oregano and chicken, pesto and mozzeralla... ok need to slow down now!
