A client of ours had a lady's night and wanted to put lots of dips and finger food all over on small table, so we made her a deconstructed Arabic mezza platter and scattered around the room.

I've always been a fan of tapa's/mezza's and dips.. so Im thinking of making another platter with all different kinds of food..
