While in Istanbul, I smelled the most amazing grills.. I could not help but follow the smell... and to my suprise I see this....

A built pit fire wth the most amazing cuts and seasoned with Turkish spices.. Excellent!

White Party

Over the weekend Munch was asked to cater a "White" Party. The client wanted the food to all have some white involved in it.. So the Munch team went to the drawing board and came up with some fantastic idea's.

To start we made a selction of finger foods: Tomato mozzeralla with basil and chilli, hummose and red pepper wrap, and a balsamic haloumi crouton!

Next round was a bruchetta of tomato and mozzeralla, palmeto salad on filo, and a manchego cheese infused with rosmery and garlic.

The guest were served a ice cold Milk Shake shot on arrival!

A few snaps of the Mothers day package we have @ Munch this year. A beautiful combination of finger foods, flowers, and a individual cake.. Something that will really put a smile on any Mothers face:)
