To start we made a selction of finger foods: Tomato mozzeralla with basil and chilli, hummose and red pepper wrap, and a balsamic haloumi crouton!
Next round was a bruchetta of tomato and mozzeralla, palmeto salad on filo, and a manchego cheese infused with rosmery and garlic.
