Check out this bad boy!

Every now and then you taste a peice of fish, or meat, and you wonder.. how did they do that? Well if you pass by my dad at the farm, he can teach you! When we talk about a man thet loves his food, my dad is one of them. he custom built this case to hold the fish. Now in order to do this you must use s river fish, that is higher in oil as oppoessed to a sea water fish, says Tareq, so a Salmon, or Masgoof would work great here. After cooking the front of the fish were the meat is exposed, the fish is then cooked on it's back on the ashes.

After the skin is all crisped up.. one final touch away.

Add your favorite type of 7ashoo and let the heat of the fish steam it up. Remove the two metal slabs that is holding the fish in place.. and taadaa.. you have a excellent slow cooked smoked flat fish to share!
