Sea Bass

The past month has been quite festive. The Turkey meal has been doing very well, but it seems everywhere I go, there is a Turkey! Anyway I got sooo stuffed with Turkey that I decided I needed a break. So I opted for a Sea Bass.. After cleaning them, we stuffed them with sliced lemons, sage, reosmery, garlic, and red onions. The combinations smelt and tasted unbelivebel on the grill.

This is what I love about grilling sea food. It's quick and very easy. In 15 minutes we had 5 beautifuly grilled fish, that were melting off the bone. I was happy to hear that it was a big hit..

I served the fish with a infused olive oil of basil, lemon juice, and onions to drizzel on top of the fish...

It was perfect!
