What was the menu?
Indian all the way.. it was our first time to try out these BBQ recipes, but we got great feedback, that we might actually add them to our menu.
Menu:
Chicken tikka (offcourse)
Chicken kabbab
Sweet chili meat kabbab
Vegetable smoosa's
Naan
and all the 100 diffrent chutney's and yougurt's to accompany!
