Lunch today!
Being that it is soo hot in Sharm il Sheikh, I find it hard to eat anything hot or heavy for lunch.. so today I opted for the Mezza plate.. And I loved the presentation... Just the perfect amount for a person..
I am going to look in to this.. maybe I can find these plates and adapt the Munch Arabic Mezza platter to a individul size portions..
Cool down in the summer!

And another one....
Breakfast at the Four Seasons Sharm Al Sheikh
Our first day at the Four Seasons Sharm Il Sheikh, too lazy to leave the room for food, so I call the girls over and we order the usual suspects!
Butter milk Pankcake: Not cooked enough!
Apple Cinimon Frech toast: Tasted like meat ( I think they cooked them on the same pan as they did for the sausages)
Scrambled eggs: Great.. but Come on.. they better get this right!
I loved the way they serve the watermelon juice!
And the true highlight of the breakfast was thier gluten free toast shaped as sharks and birds..I was as ammused as a kid would be!

How to milk a cow!
My dad went to Switzerland recently and was kind enough to get me a few pictures of the farms they visited..He told me, that never in his life has he had such fresh foods on any trip.. Almost everything they ate came from a farm near by!
That would be amazing if we could do it in Kuwait!
Question: Does KDD or KD Cow have cow's in Kuwait that they milk? or is everything imported?
I would love to learn how to do milk a cow old style, with own two hands! I wouldn't mind living on a farm for a few weeks actually!

A night in Tahir Sultan's Kitchen
Today we head in to another hidden chef's kitchen.. Tahir Sultan, a Chef influenced by his travels and culture. After working back and forth between Kuwait and India, and being a half Kuwaiti and half Indian, Tahir's food combines both the Kuwaiti and Indian pallet in one dish!
You probably thinking how? Well, he uses all Kuwaiti ingredients and sea food, but with the Asian and Indian spices..
