As we are giving our catering menu and catering trays a face lift, we are experimenting with different shades and shapes to create the perfect catering tray to please all..

Round one: Wrong shade of green. Must try a closer shade to our logo..

Overall I am pleased with the lay out, it has 15 different spaces to mix and match our great catering menu..

As the weather cools down, it's the nicest time to start those grills. Not in the mood of cooking.. no problem, we will create a custom made menu for you and all you need to do is sit back and relax while we cook up a great meal for you..

Dear friends,

It's been a nice long Eid, being in Greece I was not able to post. I just got in, and the first thing I wanted to show you was this humongous olive.. look at the size of it.. you would think it was on steroids.. It's so big you can cut it with a fork and knife and turn it in to four bites!

Wedding time please

A few days ago, I had a couple of ladies come in to try our finger foods for a upcoming wedding. So I went all out and show them all our possible ways of presenting or serving the canapes.. Obviously not on the wood trays:) That's just for the pictures to show the contrast!
