This is one of my favorite platters. The fun part is that you can pick and choose anything in our menu to fit in the plate, but this client ordered a great combination of treats to please all her guests:
Musakhen, eggplant on puff pastry, peking duck wraps, Munch salad on rice paper, steak salad on rice paper, peas and ricotta on filo, onion tart, pesto and sun dried tomato tart, steak skewers and saffron chicken skewers..
Ooh and off course our yummy vegetable root chips.
Hi! If I want to place an order for this platter, how long does it take to be ready and what salads do you recommend which can go with it?
ReplyDeleteYou would need to call around 4 hours before,and I think the Pear, fig, pomagrante salad is a great side dish with it:)
